Looking for a housekeeper to cook & do menu planning

Hi, I am American and my husband is Saudi. We have three kids. We are looking for a helper whose primary responsibility will be cooking, baking, meal planning, and keeping track of inventory in the kitchen. There will be cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.), and you would have to be flexibile in your responsibilities to meet the needs of the family. I am a very involved mother, and there is another helper in the home whose primary responsibility is childcare, laundry, and cleaning. However, you would be expected to step in when needed to also do laundry and take care of the kids, helping with parties, etc. 

I am really looking for the right candidate, someone whose English is impeccable, can be systematic and manage time well and be flexible, can do menu planning and keep track of needed groceries and pantry items, and keep track of the family schedules. Most of all, I need someone I can rely on and who can communicate well with me and work with me in feeding and caring for my family.

Good working hours, 1 day off a week, offsite accomodation paid for, monthly food allowance, quarterly care package (toiletries, etc.) provided, and good financial incentives if you return to us after your contract is finished.

Highly prefer college-educated, good at note-taking, following recipes, taking initiative to find and try out new recipes according to our food preferences. Must have work experience as a domestic helper working abroad with a finished contract. Hong Kong experience preferred.
