Housekeeper/Nanny

Saudi Arabian Family of three members, two adults and one special need child. My Daughter needs are taking a capsule with the meal, and now she is about to be in her first grade, so I want to make sure she gets her medicine at school. In addition, she needs inhalation solution before sleep.
