Healthy relationships and healthy work environments

We are couple in our 30s with 3 kids (Son 10 years, daughter 7 years, daughter 2 years) We live in a house thats 3 floors: -1st floor is kitchen with two guests rooms with two toilets. Usually guests facilities required clean twice a week. -2nd floor is 3 bedrooms and 1 setting room and 3 toilets. Definitely requires daily cleaning -3rd floor is one store room and one maid room with private bathroom. Our requirements from maid as following: 5-7 am preparing school boxes and dresses for 2 kids 9-11 am housekeeping 11-13 pm babysitting 13-15 pm housekeeping +cooking 15-19 pm (out with family for shopping, recreation, or whatever) but for babysitting 19- 21 housekeeping We are very respectful family, we care about our health and happiness, also we want housemaid feels she is in her home and among her family. Trust is importance, we dont want unsecured homes or any threats to householders or even housemaid. We pay salary on or before time, we are social family that’s gathered with other families with housemaids around and feel are part of the gathering
