Caregiver for autistic child

I have an 12 years old non verbal autistic son I am looking for someone who is willing to give care for him and clean after him

the job entail the followings :

1- taking care of him ( help him get dressed, help him shower, help him eating, help him going to the toilet, going out with him and looking after him)
2- taking care of his room and clothes (keeping his room clean, and putting his clothes in the closet)
3- attending his therapy sessions and implementing the therapist instructions)
