Looking for elderly care and housekeeping

I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy and hardworking helper with experience taking care of an elderly Indian couple. 

Duties would mainly include housework, cooking and a little gardening. From time to time there may be grocery shopping. 

Bonuses will be provided if you perform well, and stay for a longer duration.
