Looking for a long-term helper who is honest and trustworthy

Hello, we are a Turkish family, 2 adults and a 3 year old girl. We are looking for a long-term helper who is honest, trustworthy, talkative and positive and also fluent in English. Main duties will be cooking (experience with Middle Eastern/Turkish cuisine or willing to learn is preferable), housekeeping (laundry, ironing, cleaning and tidying) and taking care of our daughter when she is not at school. We would love to work with someone who can work independently and organize things on her own. We always treat the person who works with us as a part of the family and expect the same thing.
