Helper wanted mainly for housework

Hi, I'm a stay at home mum of 2 kids. We homeschool our 4yo and have a 1yo baby. My husband and I will be mainly responsible for all childcare, but our current helper is moving states and we need a replacement for someone help us around the house. Main duties will be cleaning and tidying, but once the kids get comfortable with you there may be a little childcare involved. You would never be left alone with the kids for hours, but maybe just to play with them a little if I'm busy, or help them with small tasks like getting changed etc. Cooking skills definitely appreciated, but we prefer to have someone who has the right attitude and cleaning skills over anything else. We prefer a live out situation, but we can discuss live in for the right candidate. Our kids prefer someone calm, quiet and friendly, as opposed to an energetic loud personality. We have 2 cats who are very friendly, and taking care of their basic needs is also part of the role.
