2 working professionals who want a helper to manage the home

I am a medical doctor and my husband is a lawyer. We have 3 kids (10 year old twin girls and a 5 year old boy). We live in an average sized home- no garden (only a few flower pots), no pets, no elderly people and no babies to take care off.

My husband and I work full time and I am looking for a helper who can cook meals (because I have no time) and just make sure that things run smoothly in the home. Most important criteria is that you have cooking skills- Chinese, Western, Italian and Indian (if possible).

You will have your own room and bathroom and adequate rest time.  My husband and I work everyday (including Saturday and Sunday). So your day off preferably needs to be at home, as my kids will be home.
