Looking for Helper in Aberdeen

I am urgently looking for a helper who must be honest patient , contract finished and now in HK. I am a full time mom and my mom is also living in my house but she can takes care of herself and sometimes she helps to take care of my 2 yr old daughter.

Month salary 4210 and I would like to pay high bonus (from one month to 3 months annual bonus)to hire the one with professional experience of house keeping, caring kid and respects elder persons.
