I like someone who can do the job without instructions, someone who can judge the shortest route in light of traffic conditions, someone who can escort family members to a safe place or in front of an entrance, someone who is not slow enough to move everything coherently, someone who can do basic things such as not using the phone while driving. 700-1900.
