Korean-American couple looking for live-in helper

We are currently looking for a live-in helper who can do housekeeping, cooking, and taking care of our dog.  Our current helper is moving overseas around the first week of October so we would like to hire someone as soon as possible.  I'm happy to let any candidate speak to our current helper after the first interview to ask how we are as employers.

My wife and I have lived in Hong Kong since 2011.  We both work in Central.  My wife goes into the office every day, and I work from home 3 days per week.  Our apartment is located in Wong Chuk Hang, and the live-in helper will be given the 2nd bedroom as living quarters.  Living out is also an option that can be discussed.

We will offer salary based on experience and skills, in particular cooking.  We will want to talk to current/previous employers, and good recommendations will be considered when we offer salary.
