Young family looking for a kind nanny for help

While we are expecting for a Scorpio baby this year, we are considering to have a kind and helpful nanny to stay with us to take care of the baby and the house. 

we have a seprated room for nanny but she might need to help look after the new born if the baby cries in mid-night for the first several months. A baby training will be able to provide in Nov by a baby caring coach at home so hopfully Nov is able to aboard. 

we only have 9 neighbours living in the same street and there are about 5 nannys could be friends in the neighbourhood. 

both me and my husband will have to work in daytime (either work from home or go out in flexible hours) so we could also be hands on with the baby but we need help on cleaning, housekeeping, cooking and risk management for the baby.
