Young couple with newborn son looking for some help

Hello! We are a young couple with a newborn son. Here's a bit about ourselves, and what we will expect:

Who we are:

• We are a young couple with a newborn son. 
  • Our son was born in October. He is not fussy, but he does eat a lot!
• We live in Tseung Kwan O.
  • We live in a 750 square foot apartment with 3BR. We do not like clutter. 
• We work office jobs, but work at home often.

Who you are:

• You are nice, loving, honest and caring.
  • We will treat you like family.
• You must love children and experience taking care of newborns! 
  • We do expect you to care for our newborn son (bathing, feeding, changing diapers, etc.) while we work. Additionally, we will ask of you to monitor our son while he goes through his development (talking/singing to him, tummy time, etc.)
• Strong communication and transparency. 
  • We believe communication is the best way to understand both ours and your expectation.
• Skills
  • The main priority will be taking care of our son. 
  • Additional skills require cooking (Chinese and Western, but we are open to try other cuisines), housekeeping, laundry, marketing/grocery, and running errands.
  • English is a mandatory requirement and Cantonese is a huge plus. 

Benefits:

• We will provide you accommodation in our third bedroom with AC + window.
• Optional to you, but eat as family of same meals.
• Apartment is in a large complex; close to shopping/grocery; close to MTR. Many areas to relax.
