Working family looking for competent helper - baby care

We are a family of two working adults and two children - a newborn and a two year old boy. We also have a mid sized dog. We treat our helper with respect and prefer a long-term helper who can be part of the family.nbsp;

We are looking for a well-rounded helper who can take care of the baby and toddler, while also manage the household during the day. Prior experience with dogs is also preferred. You will need experience taking care of young children, and speak good English.nbsp;
