Westernised Chinese family looking for Co-work helper

We are a friendly chinese Family with a western background. We have two adults, one newborn and one toddler. We give good benefits and respect our helpers very well. 

Both of us work full time and we need a second helper to help with the household.  

The requirements are: 

1. Willing to share job and work together with another Filipina helper 
2. Loves cooking and can cook well in both Chinese and western dishes
3. Hardworking and honest. Self motivated and can arrange work by oneself 
4. Likes dog and babies. 
5. Newborn care experience is preferred
