Western Single mom looking for helper

Hello,

I am a single mom with her 1st baby on the way (due date mid March 2024) and i am looking for a helper who will be the best auntie to this baby. It is important to have someone very skills with new born and confrontable to be very present for her but still leaving me space of course. I will have a separate auntie`s room and job duties will be babycare as a priority + housekeeping, cooking, groceries etc.. Babycare is very important as i need someone to help me with my 1st baby.

I live in Mid levels, work a lot to be honest but i am sure this new baby will change the rhythm. 

I am also looking preferably for someone with experience to work in western family and independent.
