Western Family with Kid ( offering good perks)

We are a Family of 3 adults and one 20 month old baby. We live in a big house and are looking for a Domestic helper with good experience in Childcare which we are very very precise about taking the babycare seriously and have good cooking skills. We are a simple family very independent meaning we keep house tidy ourselves generally and usually help out in the house as we are not here looking for slaves to be very clear. I also expect to take us seriously as we do with our helpers. I have had few bad experiences of helpers not being transaparent which causes problems after a few months . Main purpose of this post is we basically want someone who is a full package and speaks and understands english completely. Also we are very flexible with eating and even using phone at moments that there is nothing to do. We provide a Room which is big with own closet and Aircon a TV also with a own bathroom can say. We are offering a higher wage only to the candidate that satisfies our necessity please dont message or email if not prepared to take job seriously im sorry for being so straight and blunt but I will wont answer back because i dont want waste my and anyone else time.
