Western family (no kids/pets) looking for a live-in helper

⁃ Trustworthy, honest, reliable, self discipline, proactive, caring, organised and well responsive attitude

⁃ Able to communicate in English properly and outspoken

⁃ Hard working and can follow instructions precisely

⁃ Household chores including laundry, ironing, cleaning, cooking and gardening

⁃ Preferably to have experience working in an individual house with 2-storeys, front and back gardens

⁃ Healthy records

⁃ References and contact from the current or previous employers are necessary

⁃ No financial/unpaid debt and creditors

⁃ No smoking and no alcohol

⁃ Provide a helper room with air conditioning, a table and a chair plus own bathroom

⁃ Offer food allowance

⁃ Day off on Sundays and be flexible to change if necessary
