Western family looking for MDW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MDW to join our household in Hong Kong. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Childcare:
- Assist with drop-off and pick-up of our daughter from school bus
- Supervise and engage our daughter in age-appropriate activities and playtime
- Support us with read with our daughter
- Ensure our daughter's safety and well-being at all times
- Coordinate with our daughter's school and other caretakers as required


Meal Planning and Cooking:
- Plan and prepare healthy, well-balanced meals for our family on a daily basis
- Cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our 8-year-old daughter and prepare packed lunches
- Ensure meals are ready on time and served hot
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including regular cleaning and upkeep of appliances
- Stock the pantry and fridge with necessary groceries and supplies


Cleaning and Household Duties:
- Maintain a tidy and organized home environment
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
- Manage the household's linens and towels
- Ironing and other minor household chores
- Run occasional errands, such as grocery shopping or dry cleaning pickup

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a domestic helper or in a similar role
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of healthy meal preparation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in caring for children
- Reliable, trustworthy, and adaptable to the changing needs of the household
