Western family looking for helper

We are a young western family moving to Hong Kong for the first time. We have two young children (girl aged 3 and boy aged 1) and we have a little black cat called Doug who is very friendly. We are looking for an English-speaking, active, friendly, cheerful, experienced helper to help us with baby care, housekeeping, laundry and cooking primarily (Western, Indian, Italian, Asian Etc, vegetarian, non-vegetarian). Non-smoker, clean criminal record, driving experience is preferred and  COVID vaccination is a must. We want a helper to be part of our family and will look after them well.
