Western family looking for helper

My wife and I are looking for a full-time helper to join our happy family. We have a 3 year old son (in full-day school already) and 1 year old daughter. Our family culture is very loving, caring and direct. We deeply value honesty and transparent communication. We are looking for someone with: * A loving and kind heart - the 2 kids are our absolute priorities! We need your help to feed and playing with the kids when we are working - it shall not be just your job but naturally you should like kids too. * A proactive altitude and independent working capabilities - we are busy and you manage your own tasks and time. * Essentially good English language skills - so we understand each other well. We know it’s not easy with 2 kids even though our son is already in full day school until 3pm (which helps a lot). So we will pay well and treat you like our extended family member. Also every summer and Christmas, we are not in Hong Kong for some weeks, we don’t mind if you choose to join us (flight cost on us) or stay in HK or go back to your home country (flight cost on you) - your choice! My wife is busy at work and easygoing, yet there are a couple of things that she will not tolerate: * Being rough on kids. * Always gluing on the phone when taking care of the kids or at duty. * No bullshit or making excuses for mistakes - important for our trust building.
