Western family looking for helper

Hello My husband and I are looking for a helper. We need help with the general household eg cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry etc. We have two babies, including a newborn. I will take primary responsibility of the childcare but we would like someone to be able to assist on occasion. We are looking for someone who has a good command of English and able to take instructions. Experience with toddlers and babies is key. The safety of my children is my main concern! We would like a candidate to be able to provide references via telephone and/ or email. Thank you
