Western family, caring household looking for a helper

We are currently looking for a new helper to join our family. We are a very easy going and open-minded family and believe respect, fairness and communication are important in running a household.

We can offer:
• We are happy to discuss a suitable wage (competitive), according to skills and experience
• We would be happy to review your wage after the first year working with us, depending on performance
• Multiple bonuses, depending on performance
• We often offer more than one day off in a week plus Public Holiday is a must (extra including long festival leave ,birthday leave, additional long weekends)
• We are flexible for other requests and happy to discuss further 

You will have your own room with private bathroom.

Main responsibilities 
• Taking care of a 4 year-old child and new born : so someone experienced in child-care is a must, with relevant qualifications, would be a strong preference : ) 
• Housekeeping for a 3-bedroom flat
• Meals preparation for our four-person family
• Shopping for daily necessities
• Simple care for our two cats (feeding, playing, and cleaning litter tray)

Necessary hard skills
• Fluent in English 
• A minimum of 2-4 years of recent experience with childcare
