Western/Chinese family 1st time hiring fulltime helper

Hi
We're a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 2) looking to hire a live-in helper.
We have a 1.5 year old daughter and a 2 month old baby boy.
My wife is a stay-at-home-mommy so your main job will be to assist her with the children.
As well as the usual household work/cooking/...
You will need to share a room with my 1.5y old daughter.

It's the first time we hire a helper so we're looking for someone with experience who can work independently but most of all is a kind-hearted person to help take care of our kids.
We don't have cctv and all that bullshit and are genuinely looking for someone to become part of our family.

We have a cat but you don't need to look after her.
