We are looking for a very kind and reliable helper

We are a family of 3, the father, mother and a nearly 4 years old boy. We have no grandparents in town, so need a very reliable, responsible, experienced and loving helper who can take care of our son while we are at work, cooking good meals, groceries, cleaning and taking kid to school and pick up. It's very important for us to have a long term helper to stay with us for many years so she can have a close relationship with the our family especially our son.
