Want someone caring for babies

We are a family of 4 members, with 2 kids.

 

Main duty--taking care of 2 babies

1 kid—born in March 2023, currently 1 year and 4 months old. She goes to nursery during weekdays. So, we need you to deliver her to school at 7:40 am and pick her up from school before 6 pm. (30-minute travel time/trip, from home to nursery)

If the baby gets sick, she will not be allowed to go to the nursery, and in this case, you will need to look after her at home.

 

The other kid—newborn, expected delivery in February 2025. S/he will be expected to go to the nursery in September 2025 as well. Before that, from February to September 2025,  8 months, we need you to take care of her at home. After September 2025, s/he goes to nursery, then the schedule will be the same as the above.

 

After September 2025, the job duties will be slightly changed. As the first girl will change to kindergarten. The location is not confirmed yet. And the second kid will also go to the nursery. So you may need to deliver and pick up both of them in the morning and afternoon.

 

Our house is located near the MTR station (5 minutes' walk). The community is new with great facilities. Just downstairs, there is a large kid club. So you will very easily be able to take care of the babies. You won't be disappointed by the living environment.

 

Other Duties--Housekeeing and cooking

We expect you to help us maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, which includes sweeping, laundry, tidying up the kitchen after every meal, and all other cleaning-related duties. You will need to buy groceries and prepare food for daily meal. We also expect you to learn some dishes that we favorite.

 

In general, we are looking for a helper with experience in looking after a newborn baby and who loves children. Your job priority is looking after the 2 babies. Great cooking skills are also preferred. Daily housekeeping is also required. We hope you are a fast learner, have a good personality, and are an easygoing person.

 

Special request: we hope you can avoid looking at your mobile phone while taking care of the babies. This is our family rule.

 

We expect you to speak good English. We will communicate in English during daily life.

 

Preference will be given to those with 4 or more years of experience and good recommendations from previous families.
