A helper with fluent English is needed

We are young working couple with a 3-year-old boy and a 7-month-old baby. We are looking for a helper with fluent English and can cook Chinese food well. Priority with be given to those who have experience in handling kids. We would like someone hygienic, patient, honest and organized. We are offering $4630 as basic salary.
