Western family looking for a helper

I am Australian and my wife is English

I have two daughters 15 and 18 but they will both be at school in the UK and will come back for some holidays. My wife will travel between HK and London. nbsp;I also have two small poodle dogs. nbsp;One of the dogs had diabetes and requires an injection twice a day so it is important they are good with dogs
