Taiwanese British mother and daughter looking for helper

Looking for a kind, caring, patient, trustworthy, hardworking helper to live and care for my 70 year old mother. She is in good health but I would like someone who cooks well both chinese and western food, mostly vegetarian, can take initiative with general housekeeping duties and enjoys gardening. You will have my old bedroom in a 2 + 1 bed house with garden in Fairview Park, Yuen Long (approx 1 hr to Central) My Mother is Taiwanese. I am Hong Kong born Taiwanese/British mixed. I currently live in London but am back in Hong Kong from time to time to see my Mother. I usually stay in a hotel. My Mothers main residence is in Hong Kong but we also have a house in Taipei and Shanghai so you may be required to travel with her/us from time to time if necessary.
