Taiwanese American family In Midlevels looking for Help

Hi we are a Taiwanese American family that are looking for a second helper with experience with young toddlers. My first helper is friendly and very easy to get along. Our family have total 4 people, my husband and I and 2 kids (3 and 4 year old). The main job tasks would be doing chores around the house and take care of my younger kid ( minimum cooking skill is fine). We live at mid-levels and our place is around 1700 sq ft.
