Spanish-Indian Family looking for a hardworking helper

We are a Spanish-Indian and American  family looking for a hardworking, independent person who want to share the work with another employee to take care of our home.  

We like our home nice and clean. Other responsibilities includes: cooking, laundry, gardening, grocery shopping and ironing.

We are looking for 2 ladies who can share the work load in our home. From cooking and cleaning to running around with the little one.

We want someone with experience with children. We have a 23 month old baby boy. We want someone respectful and independent who does not need supervision.

We want an applicant who can be the lead helper in our home with enough experience to carry on the work. Which means, that salary is based on experience and workload.

An example of experience one is that: You will be primarily in charge of our kitchen because you're a great cook and can make sure that all runs smoothly in our home.  work is obviously share among employees. So we can ladies who are able to work together and flexible to changes in our routine.

4  bedroom/ 4 bathrooms

sharing  a nice big bedroom and bathroom with coworker.
