Son and elderly mother looking for a full-time helper

I am looking for a full-time kind, patient and experienced helper to take care of my elderly mother, who is 83 years old and has difficulty in walking. The duties will be: washing, dressing, taking my mother to bed, changing her nappies, house cleaning, grocery shopping and cooking Chinese meals. 

We live in a modern and well-equipped two bedroom apartment in Tai Koo Shin next to “Cityplaza” Shopping Mall.  We are Hong Kong Chinese having with full British citizenship and lived in the UK for over 40 years. We speak English and Cantonese.
