Small Chinese family looking for childcare/cooking helper

We are a small family consisting of 2 adults and a 2-year-old baby boy. We also have an older cat who is not very active and tends to hide under the sofa.

We are searching for a diligent helper who can communicate effectively in English, both in terms of task instructions and expressing their own needs. It would be great if the helper enjoys cooking. 

Our main priority is our baby boy, who attends school from 9:00 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:15 PM to 4:30 PM. We would like the helper to focus on enhancing the baby's language skills and social/communication skills while they are together. Therefore, we require someone who is a good communicator and able to articulate well. As the baby grows, we expect the helper to play an increasingly important role in nurturing the baby's emotional intelligence, helping him understand his own emotions and those of others.

We understand that being a helper can be challenging, and we have reasonable expectations. While we value efficiency, we also appreciate the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to new situations.
