Simple family look for an experienced domestic helper

We are a simply and good family. Our current helper will finish her contract for the 3rd terms (in total 6 years) soon. We intend to move on for a new helper, with whom we would like to develop a long-term relationship also. 

We expect her to satisfy the following criteria：

• She is a nice person, honest, trustabe, hard-working, patient and easy to communicate
• She is a tidy person, and can keep the house clean and tidy
• She is willing to learn to cook Chinese food 
• She is efficient in running things
• Preferrably a colleague graduate or undergraduate
