Second helper to help look after a family of 4 and a dog

Family of 4 (British / HK couple with 2 girls - 2.5yo and 9m old) and a 22kg rescue mongrel dog looking for a second helper to join the family. We are based in Mid Levels just above Sai Ying Pun. Primary duties are childcare, dog walking, cleaning , marketing and cooking - this would be working alongside our current helper. 
We would like to work with a scheduled routine so it’s clear who’s doing what and have regular conversations as a team to get feedback on the routine and make adjustments where it will improve how it’s all working. 

We are looking for someone who can be available as soon as possible.
