Search for a helper worked before in Singapore

There are four members of my family.Two adults and two children.The children are 13 years old boy and 5 years old girl.I am Chinese .I need the helper to do house work , cooking and take care of the 5years old girl when I need .I hope to find a helper who likes to play with child and can read English books with my daughter.I hope the helper is hardworking and trustful.there are three bed rooms and separated helper room with toilet and bathroom in my house.
