Dear there! We are a young family of 2 adults who just relocated from the US to HK for about 2 years. In the upcoming year, we will be blessed with a newborn baby in Sep. Therefore we would love to reach out for your help. We are looking for a long-term and stable partnership.nbsp;
We appreciate you being baby lover. We prefer you to have recent experience taking care of newborn babies. It would be great plus if you could sleep with baby. You shall be having a legit room (not helper room) and a shared bathroom with guests.nbsp;
We appreciate you being flexible with workload adjustment. Parents of my husband or myself would mostly stay with us for the first year but they live separately in another apartment in the same building / community. I would need your occasional help with housekeeping with their apartment - but at most once a week with reduced workload in my apartment. Both our parents are young so they can totally take good care of themselves. Though they speak Mandarin only so it would be great plus if you also speaks little Mandarin - but not a deal breaker.nbsp;
We appreciate you being good at cooking. No need for grocery shopping as I have groceries shipped home every week. Cooking would be for 4 adults + baby (mostly on milk for the first couple of months) + you. My mom loves cooking so she may volunteer occasionally. But I prefer you could help her with food preparation (picking, cutting, washing etc.) and dish cleaning.nbsp;
We appreciate you also looking for long-term partnership. For the first 6 months, during the daytime it would be usually 3 adults at home with the baby. Afterwards I will be back at work so only our parents with be with baby at home.nbsp;
We appreciate you having a reference letter from previous employers.nbsp;
Let me know your thoughts - happy for discussion and negotiations.nbsp;
