Nice western family in Clearwater Bay looking for helper

Hello ladies,
We are a French family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 11, living in Clearwater Bay. We both work full time away from the house. We have two cats.
We are looking for someone to help us care about the kids' security, wellbeing and education while we are away at work. We also need help to maintain a nice clean house because we are quite busy during the week days.
Ideally, we would like someone who already has experience working as a domestic helper for Western families (especially in cooking, but we are also willing to train you in this field :-)), and who can show at least one proof of good references.
We need someone straightforward and friendly, who can communicate efficiently in English and with whom we can develop a relationship based on trust.
The job includes taking care of the usual housekeeping chores, being able to cook and organize the work efficiently during the day, with good sense and energy, taking initiatives but also willing to listen to instructions and carry them out well.
The hours might be flexible because of the COVID 19 situation and can include (for the moment) staying home with the children during online schooling and taking part in their education.
Salary will be based on helper's recommendations and past experience.
