Looking for a helper with good cooking experience

Hi, 

We are a family of 1 young couple and a 14 months old baby girl, and a dog. We live in a family friendly neighborhood in Kowloon and the size of our house is around 1000 sqft. 

I'm a full time mom, and I would like to hire a soon-to-be finished contract helper with the following characteristics: 

1 good personality, mature and know how to communicate well with different people 

2 willing to take good care of our family (we will take good care of you) 

3 previously worked mainly on planning family meals, go to markets and cook various dishes without supervision.  If you don't have the experience,  you must love cooking and willing to learn how to cook. You need to spend extra time of your own learn cooking. 

4 organized and pay attention to details, especially pay attention to hygiene, food safety and baby's safety 

5 healthy, hard working and humble 

My expectation of the helper is to afford at least 90% of the cleaning work, 70% of marketing and cooking work, and 20% of baby caring work (I will mainly play, feed, educate and take care of the baby. But when I'm away, you also need to be able to do my job). 

We only consider soon-to-be finished contract candidates (or breaking contract with ex employer's reference) with start date no later than 1 January 2023. Final interview will be in person meet. 

Helper will have her own room with AC, can have mostly Sunday off, rest time 10pm to 7am. Salary is 5000 with performance based bonus. We also value a long term working relationship, bonus and other work benefits will increase with time. 

House rule: no borrowing, no playing phone during work, always honest and polite.
