Nature Silent Family Look for Baby Carer

We are a Hong Kongese family living in Lam Tsuen - a silent nature village with 5 mins mini-bus or 15mins bus to the Tai Wo station and Tai Po Market. We are an environmental friendly, simple and joyful family yet values discipline and self-responsible.  My husband and I work nearby, with a sweet baby of 10 months, most of the time she is calm and at ease. We are looking for a Baby carer who could look after our baby, and provide daily care. When my husband or I are at home, we prefer to feed the baby, shower, and change clothes by ourselves to have a better connection with her. The carers will mainly do back-end work, prepare meals, laundry, cleaning dishes etc. Mostly baby will sleep with us, except some nights if work late, the baby will have to sleep with the carer in her baby crib.  When we are out for work, we would like the carer to take care of the baby's needs and to tutor her a little about self-care, a bit of games, and manners to be a happy, polite baby.  The main duty is baby care, second is housekeeping -  cleaning and tidy up house. Most of the time my husband and I will take care our own meals, except some days we may need the carers to cook some simple food or prepare the ingredients. The carer is welcome to prepare her own preferred meal, ideally, less meat & smell, and mainly vegetables is preferred,  details can be discussed.  ----- We look for  devoted baby carer with a trackable record  patient, self-responsible, honest, willing to communicate and trust Benefit:  Separate room  Flexible day off (prefer weekend, weekday based on needs) Respectful, joyful & independent environment  Closed to nature yet transportation convenience  .
