Multicultural family looking for domestic helper

My husband and I are Korean/Taiwanese-American, with 2 small dogs and an upcoming baby, looking for a well-skilled helper to be a part of our family. We both work and therefore would like someone who is smart, a self-starter, and can finish their work efficiently and independently. Most importantly, must be someone trustworthy, empathetic, and compassionate and will look after our baby and our dogs as if they are her own. Main required skills that we are looking for are baby care, pet care, cooking, and housekeeping. We live close by the ocean, and will have a separate living accommodation for our helper with own bathroom.
