Mixed family with 1 baby looking for a trustworthy helper

We are an Asian/Western family (working couple with 1 infant) looking for a finished contract helper who can start in Feb,2024 with the following criteria:

Age: between 32-45

Character: kind hearted, caring, honest, patient, organized, kids lover

Main duties: infant caring/ household/ simple cooking

Experience: take care of new born previously

Condition: Finished contract/ Termination with reasonable reason with reference letter would be considered

Living condition: Helper en-suite 

Package: $5000 (negotiable)

Discretionary bonus depending on performance
