Mixed family looking for helper to take care of New born

About Us:We are a mixed family (French & Hong Kong) expecting a newborn soon in July. We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and caring Domestic Helper to join our family and assist in taking care of our newborn baby, along with supporting household tasks such as cleaning and cooking. We value someone who is responsible, reliable, and with experiences in taking care of new born.  Key Responsibilities:Newborn & Childcare (Primary Duty) - at least 2- 3 years of recent experiences in caring for new born

• Full-time care for a newborn baby, including feeding, changing, bathing, and soothing.
• Following safe practices for infant care, including proper hygiene and sleep routines.
• Monitoring the baby’s health and well-being and informing parents of any concerns.
• Assist with baby laundry and maintaining hygiene for baby-related items.
• Recognize signs of illness and respond appropriately.
• Engaging the baby in age-appropriate stimulation and development activities.

Household Duties:

• General cleaning, laundry, and organizing to keep the home tidy
• Cooking healthy family meals (knowledge of both Western and Asian cuisines is a plus, but not required).
• Grocery shopping and meal planning 
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of baby-related items (e.g., bottles, toys, clothes).

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience caring for newborns. Experience with first-time parents is a plus.
• Skills: Infant care knowledge, emergency response, and household management.
• Language: Fluent in English; basic Cantonese is a plus but not a must.
• Personality: Reliable, patient, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility:  Flexibility on holiday schedule and provide support occasionally 
• Availability: Willing to start in May/June 2025 to allow time for transition before the baby arrives in July.
