Mixed family (German and HK) with newborn looking for helper

We are a mixed family from Germany and Hong Kong with a newborn baby girl. We are looking for a helper who is staying with us to help us taking care of our girl once mom returns back to work. In addition, we need helper to cook and do some household chores. We are a friendly, very western style family who is not very strict and no grandma coming over during the day to look after helper.
