Mixed Chinese/Western family looking for second helper

Chinese & Western couple with two young kids both in kindergarten. We are looking for a second helper. The right helper will have a good attitude and will be cheerful. We like someone who is able to manage their time well, be mindful of responsibilities and schedules. They must be pleasant to be around, quiet and discreet. We like our privacy as we like our house to feel calm. Someone with experience managing young children who knows how to motivate kids to listen, knows how to discipline, how to keep kids safe, and who practices good hygiene. 

The job includes: housekeeping, cleaning, marketing, cooking, child care to be shared with coworker. 

Our house has stairs so the candidate must be able to go up and down stairs. The helpers' room is spacious and has a wardrobe, storage, fridge, and bathroom. Of which is shared with coworker. 

Salary starts at $5k + food allowance. Salary negotiable for someone with more experience.
