Mid Levels expat family looking for 2nd helper

Hi, 

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, a 5 year old and a newborn baby). We are hands on parents but work full time with busy schedules. 

We are looking for a experienced 2nd helper to care for our newborn and 5yr old. A positive attitude, capable of planning ahead, ability to multitask is preferable. Ideally, you are health and hygiene conscious.

Main duties are

1. Accompany 5yr old to school, playdates, lessons, activities
2. Organize playdates with other aunties in the playgroup
3. Daily care (prepare healthy kids meals, newborn milk bottle, feeding, bath, playtime, bedtime etc) for the kids
4. Minimal laundry (twice a week)
5. Minimal cooking (once a day mostly,  sometimes twice)
6. Cleaning and tidying is very important, the floors, windows, mirrors, cabinets, drawers, toys should always be clean and organized.

Must be willing to tag team and get along well with our existing live in helper. Alternate day off between Saturday and Sunday. For these reasons, we are willing to pay a premium.  We do appreciate good work and loyalty and when that happens we would offer annual bonus.
