Chinese Family looking for a good helper

we are a chinese family with 2 adults and 1 two year old boy. we are kind and easy-going family. we are looking for a helper who can take care of my boy, tutor and play with him, send him to school, prepare his food. Besides, she is good at cooking (good cooking skills preferred) and can do housecleaning. we can provide separate room with toilet and allowance depend on performance.
