Loving auntie and tidy helper is for Western Family

Hello, 
we are a western family of 3 soon to be 4 (July), my daughter is 4 and we are expecting another daughter in July. We need a helper that can run house chores with minimum supervision, can cook western dishes, and likes to play with kids. Daily work will be in the morning preparing my daughter for school, doing some house chores (vacuuming, tidying and laundry), in the afternoon needs to play with my daughter and bring her to play dates or other activities. If needed also can take care of the new born (giving milk, doing naps or changing diapers). The helper must be able do multitasking and able to use her time efficiently. If you take more than 1 hour for cooking for simple foods or days for ironing clothes, you are not for us! Helper can cook her own food use all our kitchen tools and ingredients (except meat, veggies and staples), will have her private room and a day off. We love to go on vacation, so if needed we will take the helper with us, so the candidate must be able to swim and open for travel. We need someone that respect to our family privacy, be not so much around but on the other hand available whenever needed. We want someone to be a part of our family, who is honest and open.
