Lovely Western-CN family looking for a hardworkig helper

We are a Chinese-American family, with one lovely and independent young toddler. We are looking for a new helper to join our sweet family to help take good care of our young child. We are working parents hence we need a highly capable, reliable, honest, mature and loving helper. This person needs to be and help with:

1.     Organized and efficient, good with time management, able to handle multiple tasks independently with great attention to details

2.     Able to arrange activities & playdate for the child, send the child to school and activity classes in safe manners

3.     Able to plan the child’s meal and effectively assist the child to eat, also role model good behaviors to the child

4.     Cook healthy meals for the child and family, including breakfast, lunch and simple dinner

5.     This person needs to have good hygiene manners, able to efficiently clean the apt and keep things in good order

6.     Able to bring the child out to explore different playgrounds in safe manner

7.     Efficiently manage childcare, cleaning, laundry, cooking, housekeeping and other chores as needed.

We provide separate helper room, performance based allowances and very good treatment to our helper, in exchange, we would like someone who works with her full heart to treat our child and our family well.
