Looking for someone who loves babies

Hello, my family is Korean. We are looking for someone to stay with me, my husband and our 6 month old twin daughters. My job is a flight attendant and my husband works from home, so I will be working at home taking care of the babies. I am looking for someone who will take better care of my daughters than anything else, someone who will truly love my baby. Since I am a flight attendant, I cannot guarantee 100% Sunday off, but I will try to give Sunday off as much as possible. When I went on a long-distance flight, my main job is to take care of the babies like my husband, and when I am there, you can focus more on housework. Although they are twin babies, they are gentle, sleep well, and are lovely babies. The advantage of coming to my house is that we have our families in Korea and because our babies have to go to the hospital regularly, the whole family will be going to Korea once every three months, so you can relax at home while we are gone.
